Breathing Lamp - ZenGlo

We all have way too much stress in our life, and my dad has always been preaching meditation to me, which inspired me to do this project. Even though I started this project as a sarcastic joke on my dad, the joke kind of backfired when I realized it was actually a legit project that could help people. The basic premise of the project was an aesthetic lamp that would sit on your desk and guide you through quick breathing exercise breaks during the busy work day. The breathing session duration was adaptive, decided through a little heart rate monitor module I designed that you would place your finger on while doing the guided breathing.
